Helping You, Keep It Mutual
Book a complimentary 15-minute session with Lauren to chat about how Mutual Mediation can help you navigate separation and divorce at this difficult and emotionally challenging time without family court involvement and expensive legal costs.
We offer a range of mediation services to help individuals, couples and organisations navigate challenging situations and find constructive solutions. Lauren provides a safe, impartial and confidential space for all parties to come together and work towards a positive outcome.
Before starting the mediation sessions with both parties, Lauren will conduct an individual consultation to gather an understanding of your situation, concerns and emotional wellbeing whilst explaining the mediation process. Lauren will then bring both parties together to discuss concerns and topics, facilitating open and constructive conversations aimed at finding common ground and reaching mutual agreements together. The joint mediation sessions with all parties can be conducted either face to face, in seperate rooms (shuttle mediation) or using a secure video online platform.
Documentation
Once the parties are happy and confident with the decision they have reached in the form of a parenting plan, or a property or financial agreement the final step is to provide a written agreement having reached a collaborative resolution. Lauren will explain the legal requirements and answer any further questions regarding the next steps in signing the documents.

Our Services
During family dispute mediation consultations, it's my goal to help families find the best possible outcome for everyone involved. My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental.
Navigating a separation or divorce can be an incredibly challenging time. Lauren will guide you through the process and support you to obtain a sense of clarity about your future.
Lauren's role as a family dispute resolution practitioner is to act as a neutral third party available to facilitate productive and constructive conversations regarding parenting and property disputes with the goal of finding a resolution.
The children are supported by a specialist child consultant, where appropriate so the children's voices are heard throughout the mediation process. We will address their needs and prioritise their wellbeing at all times.
Incorporating a neutral third party as a mediator is a crucial step in finding conflict resolution. Let Lauren help you on your way with empathy, understanding and a safe, confidential space to have difficult discussions.
Workplace conflicts can have a detrimental impact on productivity, job satisfaction and staff morale. By working together, we can help you create a harmonious work environment.
